Michael Mazur
Michael Mazur's study of the human body began in 1978 as a Soma Neuromuscular Integration practitioner and Massage Therapist. In 1984 he began studying with Bruce Fertman, beginning his career as an Alexander Technique in 1989. He lives in Leverett, Massachusetts, where he owns and runs Earthworks, a renowned garden design and construction company. Michael considers himself a sculptor. His mediums – stone, earth, and people."Michael taught me, as an Alexander teacher, that it was vitally important to know how to work from the bottom up, and not only from the top down.
