Nine Day Intensive Retreats
Nine Day Retreats begin with dinner on the first evening, and extend through
to lunch on the last day. Days are relaxed and full, with classes morning,
afternoon, and evening. (See description of the Annual Summer Retreat.)
Classes are held at Ghost Ranch and in other nearby places of beauty. One day of each Retreat is spent in Santa Fe studying the relationship between movement, art, and culture, ending at our Canyon Road Retreat House for a catered dinner, before heading back to Ghost Ranch.
Ghost Ranch has three walking trails, each different, each strikingly beautiful. Every day we interweave Peaceful Body sessions with walking excursions. As we become more peaceful and energetic, we begin to let in the peaceful vitality all around us.
Tuition for a Nine Day Retreat is $1500. The cost of room and board vary at Ghost Ranch, depending upon your selected accommodations. The cost of our stay is slightly reduced, as we are given a group rate. Some of our students enjoy staying at The Abiquiu Inn, a ten minute drive to Ghost Ranch. (see

Getting To Ghost Ranch
Ghost Ranch is one and a half hours from Santa Fe and two and a half hours from Albuquerque. There is no direct shuttle to Ghost Ranch from Albuquerque.
Getting to Ghost Ranch is a tad like a Pilgrimage, but it is well worth the effort. Getting from ABQ airport to Ghost Ranch, without a car, can take the good part of a day.
Here are your options:
1. If you know someone, you can have them pick you up.
2. If you can afford it, you can rent a car.
Setting up a car pool before a retreat begins, and sharing the cost, is a good way to go. It gives you a car for exploring.
3. Take Shuttle from the airport to Santa Fe, then a short taxi to the Ghost Ranch Santa Fe Center, then hop on a shuttle to Abiquiu (departs twice a day).
Ghost Ranch has 2 locations, one is the ‘museum center’ in Santa Fe right off the north side of the Plaza, and the other location is its retreat center in Abiquiu. Two times a day shuttles depart Ghost Ranch Santa Fe for Ghost Ranch Abiquiu. The cost is $35 (roundtrip).
