There are three unique attributes to humans – we can walk, we can talk, and we are good at using our hands. Evolutionally, our uprightness, our brain functionality, and our manual dexterity are intricately woven together.
Walking helps to clear our minds. It calms us down and wakes us up. Easy uprightness frees our arms and hands, allowing us to touch and interact directly with the world around us.
Often we walk to get from here to there. The Walking Way is about walking to get from here to really here.
No special training in required. You don't have to be in good shape. You just need a good pair of shoes, and a willingness to go for a walk.
