Who We Are

Studying at The Alexander Alliance means apprenticing with Bruce Fertman. All classes are taught by Bruce Fertman, except for master classes taught by guest teachers. Bruce closely oversees everyone's training.

The Alexander Alliance hosts an international team of extraordinary teachers. All Alexander Alliance teachers have been teaching between 20 and 40 years. The faculty functions like a Chamber Ensemble. We are different musicians, well orchestrated, and after many years together, able to create and transmit a rich, unified sound. We are a faculty of friends who work together harmoniously and joyfully.

These teachers have become soloists in their own right. They are original. They have been chosen because of their personal strengths and insights into the work.
